GABO:mi was founded in 2005 - since then GABO:mi has gained extensive expertise with diverse EU funding instruments and managed more than 45 medium- and large-scale collaborative projects in FP7, H2020 and Innovative Medicine Initiative (IMI).

GABO:mi is ranked on place 3 among the TOP SMEs in the Final FP7 Monitoring Report in March 2015. Being the best German enterprise in this list, this demonstrates GABO:mi’s competence and commitment in successfully supporting proposals and projects. Additionally, GABO:mi is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 obliging for excellence in cooperation with the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM).

The GABO:mi team has widespread experience in the management of EU Framework Programme projects. The project managers are familiar with the structures of research institutions and with their governing principles - within Europe and beyond. They are up-to-date with the regulations of the European Commission and its agencies. With their expertise and overview they are a perfect partner to shoulder all management and dissemination tasks a successful EU project requires.

GABO:mi has developed the web-based project management tool :milliarium for the management of EU Framework Programme projects, especially FP7, H2020 and IMI. :milliarium has a number of different specialised functionalities supporting day-by-day project management in various forms: storing and sharing documents, updating and tracking Deliverables and Milestones, generating to-do-lists for project members, producing project specific templates and giving efficient support in the Reporting activities in order to ensure punctual and error-free submission of reports and financial statements.
