Bringing together all the data from profiling, sequencing, proteomics and genetics is a major challenge. This workpackage will take these diverse data and integrate them using bioinformatics and pathway modelling techniques. BCPlatforms will develop an integrated data integration system that will optimize miRNA biomarker discovery.
